Welcome to Soedor. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://www.soedor.com/ (the "Site"), including purchases and other services available through the Site.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced on the Site. If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of the Site.

If an ordered item becomes unavailable, we will contact you regarding the available options. Depending on the circumstances, these may include cancellation and a refund for the affected item. We will not substitute a different product without your agreement.

Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on the Site are in United States dollars (USD).

The total payable amount is shown during checkout and may include applicable taxes, discounts, and any charges disclosed before you place your order.

Standard shipping is free throughout the United States. If any additional shipping charge applies to a particular order or destination, it will be disclosed at checkout before the order is submitted.

If a pricing or technical error affects an order, we will review the issue and contact you when appropriate. Any cancellation, adjustment, or refund will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

6. Orders and Order Acceptance

After you submit an order, you may receive an order confirmation acknowledging that we received it. An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has completed every processing or payment verification step.

If we cannot process an order, or if an order must be canceled because of an availability issue, payment problem, material listing error, suspected fraud, or legal requirement, we will take appropriate steps to notify you when reasonably possible.

If payment has been collected for an order that is canceled, any applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method. The time required for the funds to appear in your account may depend on your payment provider or financial institution.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. After processing, estimated shipping time is 6–9 business days. These are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Standard shipping is free throughout the United States. Shipping availability, charges, and estimated delivery information for destinations outside the United States, where shipping is offered, will be displayed or communicated as applicable before the order is completed.

Delivery times may be affected by carrier operations, weather, holidays, customs procedures for international shipments, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or shipment.

9. Returns and Refunds

Eligible items may be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy.

Returns must be authorized before items are sent back. Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return. For ordinary preference returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If an item is incorrect, damaged, or defective, contact us so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate return shipping solution where the issue is our responsibility.

We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns. We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you create an account on the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity conducted through your account, subject to applicable law.
